Sharon Lewis is President of Questiam Leadership Development, an internationally recognized Leadership Development organization.  She is a Professional Certified Coach, Facilitator, Trainer, Program designer, and Speaker. Sharon holds a PCC credential from the International Coaches Federation (ICF) and a CPCC from The Coaches Training Institute.  Sharon is also credentialed through The Institute for Health and Human Potential, The Center for Right Relationship, APP Associates International, Team Coaching International, The Leadership Circle and Cognitive Edge.  Sharon is a valued leadership coach on the faculty of the Institute for Health and Human Potential and a partner coach with multiple other training and coaching organizations.  In 2011 Sharon served as a partner coach on the corporate coaching initiative that won the ICF Prism award which honours, celebrates, and shares learning from organizations who have embraced coaching as an integral part of their leadership strategy.

Sharon has engaged leaders in transformational growth conversations since 2003. She provides leadership and team development to an international clientele of executives, managers, and organizations to facilitate the creation of sustainable, high-performance teams world-wide.  Her 20 years of experience in developing Emotional Intelligence helps leaders become at once positive, proactive and productive. Sharon’s integral perspective makes her invaluable in system transformation work, and her understanding and integration of complexity in human systems helps leaders who work with her learn to simultaneously deploy relationship skills, authentic leadership presence and a focus on results. Sharon draws on a diverse career background effectively coaching leaders in fields as wide ranging as Construction Management, Information Technology, Finance, Healthcare and Education.  She has worked successfully in government, not for profit and for profit sectors and in a wide variety of organizational cultures. She embodies an unshakable belief that sustainable high performance is grounded on three pillars: a compelling, unifying vision, a caring, supportive and challenging environment in which to work and the quest to align what you do with who you are becoming.

Sharon provides unique perspectives and a powerful blend of hard and soft skills to her clients.  She balances theory, introspection and real world practicality to help her clients create outstanding results.  In her leisure time, Sharon is an avid skier, practices and teaches a meditative art practice known as Zentangle, has led local Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build Projects as site supervisor, and currently leads “100 Women Who Care Guelph” raising over $450,000 to date for local charities in her home town.  She recently completed a masters in transpersonal psychology and consciousness studies.
