Coaching was a wonderful tool to recognize my own and others trigger points and more importantly learn how to control them. It has been very valuable. The challenge is to constantly remind myself of the techniques but I am finding that as time passes it is easier and hopefully will soon be an automatic process. In my personal life it has helped me have “saner” conversations with my teenager.
